What you’ll do:

We are looking for an executive assistant to support our CPO, CFO, and COO.

• Reporting to our CPO, CFO and our COO, you will provide outstanding daily administrative support and get energized by working in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee daily operations for leadership team, performing a variety of administrative tasks from handling schedules, attending meetings and calls, maintaining team communications, and ensuring execution of action items and follow-ups
• Build presentations, create meeting agendas, maintain meeting notes, and optimize meetings for different time zones to support our distributed international team
• Arrange domestic and international travel and provide ongoing support as needed
• Prioritize, multi-task, and operate in a continuously evolving environment
• Handle projects and communication by providing status updates and ensuring that cross-functional partners are included in meetings and communications
• Build team morale, plan events and celebrations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute meetings and offsites
• Collaborate with EA for the Co-CEOs to streamline processes

Who you are:

• 3+ years of work experience supporting at the senior executive level
• Experience supporting hybrid and global teams with flexibility beyond standard office hours
• Experience with Google-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, etc.)
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities with excellent time management skills
• Positive relationship management skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse set of partners
• Demonstrate discretion and integrity when working on confidential business and organizational issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated presentation skills, with an ability to express high-level concepts efficiently and effectively to a wide range of audiences
