The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command.This role has global scope.

The role

• Drive the company’s financial planning
• Perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Tracking and ensuringcash flow isappropriate forthe organization’s operations. Analysing the company’s financial strengths andweaknesseswhilst proposing corrective action
• Assistingin the processes of financialprediction andpreparationof budgets
• Oversee preparation of financial reports
• Establish and maintain goodrelationshipswith external partners, stakeholders and investors
• Oversee departments involved in purchasing, pricing, investments, debt management and accounts payable and receivable
• Provide recommendations to the CEOs and members of exec team
• Assest theexecutiveteam on long-term financial and business planning
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
• Provide leadership to ateam of financial accountants, treasurers,traders  andfinancial analysts.

Requirements

• Provensolidexperience as CFOat a global level
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
• Good knowledge of crypto assets and blockchains
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• CPA/CFA is a strong advantage
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
