Recently launched DeFi Exchange is seeking a Director of Marketing & Development to spread brand awareness for our exchange. Looking for a self-driven, innovator.

Qualifications
•
5+ years of relevant experience in marketing/communications or 3+ years marketing/communications and experience as a crypto product manager
•
Passionate and familiar with cryptocurrency, blockchain and DeFi ecosystems
•
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
•
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
•
Extreme focus on quality of work and a strong eye for detail
Responsibilities
•
We have launched our DEX and require someone who will drive brand and product awareness, and engage with journalists, influencers, investors, and customers with compelling content
•
You will be responsible for our company’s marketing strategy and campaigns on all our communication channels, partnerships and building our community
•
You will focus on developing marketing plans to build the reputation of the company, enhance brand value, and awareness in the cryptocurrency market
•
You will also be responsible for building and leading the crypto marketing team, identifying target audiences, and leading the execution of the campaigns and strategies
•
Manage a team of Crypto Marketing Specialists with the following objectives:
•
Build out large communities in Telegram, Reddit and other social media crypto platforms
•
Use all marketing avenues open for crypto and specifically DeFi
•
Analyse user experience and identify potential improvements
•
Brainstorm and come up with ideas of new campaigns to meet the objectives
•
Develop and lead the overall marketing and content strategy for the Crypto Exchange and Token
•
Perform research on the Crypto market, latest trends, and competition to spot opportunities for the growth of our business
•
Build and lead the crypto marketing team and manage relevant marketing communities
