Riskbloq is a blockchain analytics platform that creates risk profiles for the +15000 digital assets within the marketplace. Investors use Riskbloq to discover emerging opportunities and evaluate their portfolio's risk exposure. Riskbloq does this by enriching on-chain data with off-chain data sources to create a unique perspective of market opportunities.
We are looking for a driven individual to partner with the existing Founder and navigate operational
efficiency, growth, commercialisation, team formation and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive growth and expand the company's reach in the European, American and Asian markets
- Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement the company's operational strategies and plans.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, provide regular reports to the CEO and other stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Participate in fundraising activities and engage with investors as needed.
- Represent the company externally and participate in industry events and conferences as needed.
Requirements
- A business development or commercial background in the blockchain or cryptocurrency space is key
- Commercial expertise in the European and/or American and/or Asian markets.
- Strong understanding of start-up operations, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling operations and driving growth in a start-up or high-growth company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited resources and ambiguity.
- Passion for our mission and a desire to make a positive impact on the world.
