About You
You have a background in programming language theory and automated reasoning and love to work on the forefront of applying results from theoretical computer science. You love to tackle computationally hard problems and have a proven track record of achieving results, where results are people using your tool to do their jobs. You are collaborative: you share ideas, love to brainstorm with peers, and give and receive feedback. Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee all aspects of the Korean blockchain community, driving user engagement and sustained community growth.
    • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to the Korean market, creating and managing high-quality content aligned with local user behaviors and preferences.
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Korean blockchain communities, developer communities, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ecosystem partners.
    • Plan and host AMAs and a wide range of online community activities to enhance brand awareness and expand market influence in Korea.
    • Collect and analyze user feedback and community data to continuously optimize community operations and engagement strategies.

Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or related community/operations roles.
    • Candidates with experience in developing and executing community growth strategies from a B2B company perspective are preferred.
    • Experience managing corporate LinkedIn accounts is a plus.
    • Strong capabilities in content planning, creation, and editing, with the ability to independently produce high-quality localized content.
    • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
    • Native-level Korean proficiency and business-level English communication skills.
