Role Overview:

Seeking a skilled and experienced Community Manager as part of the growth of Zeta Markets and our team. This role requires someone with proven experience in team and project management, with track record to deliver and exceed growth targets. Primary responsibilities will include, growing the following of community channels, executing impactful community initiatives that grow participation of our product and key programs such as referral and loyalty, and the setup and growth of a loyal Brand Ambassador group. The Community Manager will also be expected to curate user feedback into actionable product feature suggestions internally, as well as provide inputs into strategic initiatives and campaigns.

They’re backed by some of the leading investors in the crypto space such as Electric Capital, Jump Capital, Race Capital, Wintermute and many more. Zeta’s platform has facilitated over $1.5B in trading volume over the last year and currently caters to over 20 thousand active users per week.

Prerequisite for the Role

  • 1+ years working in DeFi directly in the management and growth of community channels
  • Solana bull, can explain the different players, why Solana, why you have convictions in the ecosystem and the different protocols
  • DeFi user, huge bonus points if you can show your Web3 portfolio with what you participate in DeFi, for example, trading, lending/borrowing, staking, LP-ing, NFTs, IDOs, memecoins, etc.
  • Plugged in to the space, can explain trends ongoing in Crypto Twitter, narratives, trending protocols, what's working in DeFi campaigns, and more.
  • Top 10 percentile in being proactive, ownership and solution-oriented
  • Top 10 percentile in work productivity & output
  • Have the capability and learning curve to take on multitude of discussions from product UIUX improvements, channels growth, to trading campaigns, to ecosystem partnerships, to points and referral systems, to airdrops, to ambassador programs to memes, to KOL relationships and more.
  • Extreme self-drivenness and accountability is a must.

  3. This role will have an outsourced, freelance group of moderators reporting to him/her.

  • Developing and implementing strategies for engaging with and growing the community in social madia (most likely on Discord and Twitter)
  • Moderating online forums and social media groups, and responding to community members questions and concerns
  • Organizing and hosting events and meetups to bring community members together and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
  • Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
  • Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
