What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create, grow and nurture an engaged community of crypto enthusiasts in Vietnam through various social/online platforms (e.g. Facebook Group, Telegram Group, X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit).
  • Monitor and moderate community discussions, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.
  • Manage social media accounts, including planning and posting relevant content and responding to direct message inquiries.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally working with our customer support team to resolve issues and enhance overall user satisfaction.
  • Represent OKX as a helpful and knowledgeable thoughtleader in the crypto and Web3 community.
  • Ensure seamless communication between global and local teams, collaborating with other business units to develop strategies for community growth and retention.
  • Assist in organising and promoting events, sponsorships and meet-ups, office management and administrative support as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest Blockchain trend, and share relevant insights with the team.
