What youâll do
- Create and execute key communication campaigns aiming to reach various target audiences, maximise brand awareness, further the reputation
- Craft compelling and differentiated communication materials, which include articles, social media posts (Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, newsletters, etc)
- Ensure that all the research, products, innovations, and ecosystem-wide updates are known to the world
- Collaborate with the community and community programs to amplify the contents
- Craft PR materials â position pieces, reactive statements, media pitches, etc. â to tell the story of the products and elevate co-founderâs POV
- Research, identify, and track new opportunities to elevate Namadaâs story and co-founders
- Develop, prepare and execute thought leadership campaigns for Namada co-founders, counselling them to more effectively tell stories, manage crises, and model Namadaâs vision and values through storytelling
- Manage all aspects of media and partner relations, including building and maintaining relationships with media of all kinds
- Coordination and communications for physical events
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and teams in the broader ecosystem and proactively seek for collaboration
- Help lead crisis response. Youâll also help refine our strategic response process
- Monitor media, social media, and community platforms, be the key point of contact for support and respond appropriately to inquiries and issues as they arise
- Represent Namada and Heliax as a spokesperson as needed

- Obviously, you're excellent at verbal and written communication skills and love doing it. Make sure to share your past work, including blog posts, tweets, posts in forums, etc.
- Youâre super, super organised and have a lot of attention to detail. Youâre a creative, strategic, self-starter who can synthesise complex information, problem solving, and project management â basically you can make big contributions without requiring constant management and guidance
- A good baseline in understanding of protocols, technology and crypto â otherwise youâre able to get yourself up-to-speed very quickly with the latest, no matter how technical the topics are
- A knowledge of and interest in video creation and editing, as well as any other formats of content
- Telling stories feels natural to you: youâre inspired by what you read about and observe, have intuition about what will âwork,â and can synthesise multiple inputs to bring strong storylines to life with minimal oversight
- Youâre empathetic, can work with many different types of people and youâre highly patient, humble, and receptive in taking feedback
