About VAP Group :


We are a global Blockchain, AI and Crypto consulting firm with multiple solutions for our clients including Marketing & PR, Media House, Staffing & Recruitment, Events among others. The Global Blockchain Show is a launch event under the VAP Group umbrella.


We are looking for a Web3 Community Manager who is entrepreneurial, data focused, and hands on across all areas of the marketing function. They will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition campaigns, and focused on acquiring new customers in order to grow the brand.


Roles and responsibilities:


Community Strategy:


  • Create a plan for community growth and involvement.
  • Make that the community approach is in line with the larger marketing plan, activities, and materials.
  • Help create the community narrative

Community Management:


  • Maintain communication and moderation on Twitter and Discord accounts.
  • Organize community activities such as competitions, community calls, and online events.
  • Create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and Wikis, as well as instructional content
  • Monitor and evaluate results

Collaboration:


  • Cooperate closely with the teams in charge of design and marketing to ensure alignment and community focus.
  • Serve as the community's voice to assist in determining the roadmap.

Community Assistance:


  • Manage support requests.
  • Knowing how the mechanism works, being able to interact with people, and supporting integration partners.

The ideal candidate has/is:


  • Hands-on expertise with Discord and Twitter.
  • Great sense of humor and creativity.
  • Content creation skills (articles, tweets, memes/visuals) are a huge plus!
  • First-hand knowledge of cryptocurrency, NFT, and blockchain.
  • You should have a strong interest in web3, crypto, and NFTs in general.
  • You should be experienced growing a community and building a significant follower base.
  • Your ability to interact with a global community is facilitated by your open-mindedness and inclusivity.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Skills and Qualifications:


  • You identify as a "digital native," meaning that you are very familiar, creative, and skilled with digital marketing platforms.
  • You should have worked in marketing, social media, and community roles for at least four years.
  • You should be enthusiastic about Blockchain and Web3 technology and should be interested in learning more.
  • You have the ability to develop creative, engaging and original content and have success stories in this regard to account for.
  • You should be proficient in SEO and keywords.
  • Using social media sites, forums (like Reddit), and YouTube, have created communities from scratch.
  • Excellent communication skills for external and internal audiences.
