Want to join us and make a change? We are looking for a Community Manager to join our DeFi marketing team and help us push the boundaries of redefining the finance industry.

We are about to launch a pioneering decentralized application (dApp) right on the cutting edge of DeFi. You will work with our team of product managers, developers, and designers to figure out how our dApp can benefit the end users. We need your help to communicate, educate and build the community for our DeFi protocol.


What you will be doing:

  • Manage our community on Discord and Telegram
  • Promote new product features, events, and announcements
  • Interact and engage the community to increase engagement and build relationships
  • Create and own community-friendly campaigns and activities that strengthen user base
  • Report bugs and share feedback with product teams


What are we looking for:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Track record of engaging the community on Discord
  • Strong curiosity or understanding of the Web3 landscape and DeFi concepts

Some specific responsibilities of a community manager in web3 may include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for engaging with and growing the community in social madia (most likely on Discord and Twitter)
  • Moderating online forums and social media groups, and responding to community members questions and concerns
  • Organizing and hosting events and meetups to bring community members together and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
  • Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
  • Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
