We believe the open-source Diem technology we have developed is an important foundation of a safe and scalable web3 world where everyone has more equitable opportunities to grow and access financial assets with lower fees and fewer intermediaries.   Aptos (Ohlone for "The People") encompasses our mission and ethos for why we build.About The Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Ecosystem Marketing Manager for the US to spearhead Aptos Labs’ ecosystem marketing efforts in North America. This role will be instrumental in creating an Aptos editorial newsroom focused on ecosystem happenings, industry trends, and Aptos-driven innovations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Web3 marketing, strong content and copywriting skills for crypto, and experience in engaging key opinion leaders, partners, and communities to drive meaningful adoption. You will be directly responsible for: Ecosystem GTM Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy tailored for the US market. Align with Aptos leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Campaign Execution & Content Creation

Lead the planning and execution of high-impact campaigns and initiatives that elevate Aptos’ ecosystem presence. Develop and distribute crypto-specific content and marketing copy that enhances Aptos’ industry leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to build out an editorial newsroom covering ecosystem happenings, projects, and industry trends.

Partnership & Community Engagement

Build, nurture, and leverage strong relationships with ecosystem partners, investors, and Web3 influencers in the US. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for collaboration with other blockchain enterprises and networks.

Channel Development

Identify, develop, and optimize new channels for ecosystem expansion, ensuring scalability. Manage channel partnerships to drive adoption and engagement.

Market Insights & Performance Analysis

Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and key ecosystem movements to inform strategy. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, refining approaches for impact.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Web3 marketing, with a strong focus on crypto-specific content and copywriting. Proven experience in building and executing ecosystem GTM strategies. Demonstrated success in producing high-quality content tailored for Web3 audiences, including editorial, blog posts, social media, and thought leadership pieces. Strong relationships with crypto-native media, influencers, and community leaders in the US. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and executing complex marketing campaigns. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

  The base salary range for this full-time position is $120 - $165k The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training.
