As a Content Writer, you understand how tremendously important that role is for the Company’s global image. Thus, bearing and showcasing the highest standards in Marketing, expected from a global financial institution, will be your goal and never-ending task.

Responsibilities:

• Creating engaging text, image and video content for internal and external KB;
• Coordinating all SEO activities such as optimizing KB content, link building and keyword strategy to improve the KB search engine;
• Creating guidelines to optimize copy and landing pages for KB;
• Creating newsletters;
• Owning key content documents such as briefs or content decks;
• Reviewing content before publishing;
• Assisting with content strategy;
• Partnering closely with CS, Product and Marketing teams;
• Understanding business objectives, unique value proposition, message and audience;
• Reporting and data analysis to inform content decision-making.

• Proven work experience (1-2 years) in content writing is a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree minimum;
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics and other analytic tools;
• Experience writing quality content optimized for search;
• Proven ability to align Product concepts with business objectives;
• Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes;
• Excellent communication skills as well as multitasking and analytical skills;
• Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively;
• Ability to work in a team-focused, deadline-driven environment;
• Articulate thinker, able to internalize creative direction and react quickly to it;
• Solutions minded and an artful negotiator;
• Ability to deliver content (text, image and video)—photo and video editing skills a plus;
• Experience in blockchain or fintech is a plus;
