We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Educational Content Specialist to join our team, focusing on Web3 educational innovation. As an Educational Content Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing innovative educational content strategies, materials, and resources that leverage Web3 technologies to enhance learning experiences. You will closely collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technology teams to create engaging and immersive educational content for our Web3 educational platform.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the instructional design team to develop a comprehensive content strategy for Web3 educational innovation. Stay informed about the latest developments in Web3 technologies and blockchain education to incorporate them effectively into content creation.
- Curriculum Design and Development: Work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop engaging and interactive Web3-focused curriculum content. Ensure alignment with learning objectives, instructional goals, and educational standards while incorporating innovative Web3 educational practices.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality educational content, including videos, tutorials, e-learning modules, interactive simulations, and assessments that integrate Web3 technologies. Utilise various media formats and tools to enhance learner engagement and understanding.
- Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in Web3 educational innovation. Conduct research to explore new pedagogical approaches and technologies to improve learning outcomes and incorporate them into content development.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, developers, and graphic designers, to ensure seamless content development and delivery. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, refine content, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Quality Assurance and Evaluation: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency of educational content. Evaluate content effectiveness through formative and summative assessments, user feedback, and data analysis. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements / Skill Sets:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an educational content specialist, instructional designer, or a related role, with a focus on innovative educational technologies, Web3, or blockchain education.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralised applications, and blockchain concepts, and their application in educational contexts.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, content development, and educational resource creation.
