Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a high performance, high engagement creative organization to achieve excellence across all functions
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion working closely with the internal team and managing external development teams
  • Translate company objectives into clear and creative strategies
  • Responsible for overseeing creation and implementation of NFT projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to create end to end experiences and campaigns for players
  • Ensure designs and content reflect the brand image and company ideals
  • Create and implement branding guidelines that captures the brand voice, including tone and visual >

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a creative lead or progressive senior leadership roles
  • 10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience
  • Strong character design experience
  • Experience developing in Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
  • A storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong portfolio of characters, stories, and narratives
  • Interest in the blockchain ecosystem and a willingness to learn
  • Interest and knowledgeable about NFTs including community, culture and tastemakers
  • Ability to present information concisely and accurately in an engaging manner
  • Highly organized and be able to multitask and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing results or quality of work
  • Must be flexible, motivated, and highly collaborative, this role will need a self starter who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
