Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high performance, high engagement creative organization to achieve excellence across all functions

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a creative lead or progressive senior leadership roles
- 10+ years of progressive creative leadership experience
- Strong character design experience
- Experience developing in Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
- A storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong portfolio of characters, stories, and narratives
- Interest in the blockchain ecosystem and a willingness to learn
- Interest and knowledgeable about NFTs including community, culture and tastemakers
- Ability to present information concisely and accurately in an engaging manner
- Highly organized and be able to multitask and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing results or quality of work
- Must be flexible, motivated, and highly collaborative, this role will need a self starter who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
