We are looking for an experienced Creative Director and design leader to join the Marketing team at the Sui Foundation. In this role, you will be the first hire for the Design team, which is an incredible opportunity to contribute in the development, design, and direction of Sui’s brand ahead of Mainnet. In this role, you will lead the development of Sui’s brand architecture, design system, and brand strategy including visual elements and content. As the Creative Director, you will play a key role in bringing the strategic vision for the Sui network to life and communicating its value proposition to the world. This role will report to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and creative direction for Sui’s brand and assets; bring Sui’s strategic vision to life across audience touch points
- Drive a design system that aligns with our brand and ensure consistency across Sui’s properties

- Build relationships with cross functional team members and executives to effectively manage process, deliverables and design needs
- Support the creation of assets for presentations, print and digital storytelling needs
- Create organization and project management processes that scale; processes should work well cross-functionally to other teams to meet their creative needs
- Onboard and manage agencies, contractors, and freelancers as needed to drive deliverables
- Identify gaps in our capabilities - when we need to build and when we need to source specialists
- Ensure the quality of creative output is world-class
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with demonstrated success leading design-teams
- 1+ years experience in blockchain or a crypto-adjacent company
- Willingness to be hands-on. This individual will be required to create and execute.
- Understands high-quality output and is deeply obsessed with all work being in-line with brand systems and visual identities
- Passionate and curious for blockchain technology and Web3
- Resourceful to get things done quickly and efficiently
- Extensive experience onboarding the right agency partners for the right objectives
- Ability to lead by influence; inspired teams to deliver their best work
