As part of the Internal Systems team - who is in charge of the development and maintenance of an internal tool used for the management of orders as well as the shipping and invoicing processes (known as the “Back-Office”) - you will offer support to the Project Manager, from the kick-off of projects and receipt of user requests to their delivery to production.

Missions:

1. Assistance in the day-to-day management of projects: * Management of incoming requests * Progress monitoring * Help in the planning of sprints * Participation in the planification and coordination of deliveries

2. Assistance in the preparation and orchestration of kick-offs and checkpoints as well as post-mortems: * Help in the preparation of communication media for meetings * Notes taking * Minutes writing

3. Assistance in the quality assurance of deliverables (regression and functional testing): * Tests preparation * Test cases execution * Bug identification and escalation to the developer in charge

4. Documentation writing and user training: * Documentation and user guide writing and maintenance * User training and support
