Your future role within QRT

We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Developer with a strong background in low latency programming and experience in cryptocurrency exchanges. We are looking for some who can think creatively and independently to architect and develop cutting-edge crypto market access solutions.

• Design, develop, and optimize low latency, high throughput C++ trading systems for high-frequency trading and cryptocurrency exchange platforms.
• Implement and maintain market data feed handlers, order entry systems, and execution algorithms with a focus on minimizing latency.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of trading systems through rigorous testing, profiling, and optimization.
• Quickly adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills in a dynamic development environment.

Your present skillset

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years C++ experience.
• Proven experience in low latency C++ and optimization, ideally with knowledge of template metaprogramming techniques.
• Track record of developing, deploying and maintaining market connectivity for crypto exchanges.
• Experience with multithreading, real-time systems, and network programming.
• Knowledge of financial markets, order book dynamics, and trading algorithms.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good knowledge of AWS architecture
