- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor/service agreements, marketing agreements, and business partnership contracts.
- Coordinate the execution of legal documents, including arranging signatories, collecting signed copies, and maintaining organized records of executed documents. Provide translation support for short and non-complex legal or business documents, as needed, between Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Handle day-to-day legal-related matters and provide timely, accurate, and practical legal advice across various business functions, including marketing, procurement, and the business development team.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations, including identifying updates and analyzing their potential impact on the business. Monitor regulatory developments that may directly or indirectly affect the company’s operations, and support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, license applications, and related documentation, as required.
- Liaise with external legal counsel on specific legal matters, including coordinating communications, compiling supporting materials, and implementing external legal recommendations.
- Maintain close coordination and regular communication with Legal Counsel and VP - LCG regarding the progress, status, and outcomes of all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree from reputable University is preferable;
- Proven English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency both in written and spoken;
- Have a minimum of 3+ years of proven experience working in a legal team;
- Preferably have proven experience of working in a law firm and a tech startup - crypto / financial industry will be an additional plus;
- Experienced in working with various stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment; and
- Have a good attitude, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and high initiatives.
