About the Opportunity

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Fiat Operations Manager to join our team. Fiat Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the company's day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage customers' fiat currency deposits and withdrawals on the exchange platform, be responsible for overseeing and executing the transfer of fiat currency into and out of the exchange
• Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts
• Handle accounting and processing of transaction fees.
• Total fiat balance reconciliation: You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of fiat balances within the exchange.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in crypto exchange, banking, or fintech industries.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and related regulations in Turkey.
• Proficient in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
