About the Role

    • We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our People Operations team on a part-time basis (at least 20 hours per week). This role is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional interested in HR operations, onboarding, and recruitment process management. You will work closely with the VP of People Operations to support the day-to-day function of our HR team, with a particular focus on coordinating recruiting processes and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.

Responsibilities

    • Recruiting Coordination
    • Schedule candidate interviews and manage communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
    • Track recruiting pipeline status and prepare regular updates for the VP of People Ops.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
    • Maintain the HC data.
    • Onboarding Support
    • Prepare onboarding schedules and checklists for new hires.
    • Assist with preparing documentation and ensuring completion of pre-hire requirements.
    • Coordinate orientation sessions and help with new hire engagement touchpoints.
    • HR Operations Support
    • Provide general administrative support across HR functions.
    • Assist with updating employee records, HR dashboards, and reports.
    • Contribute to special HR projects as assigned by the VP of People Ops.

What We’re Looking For

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and willingness to learn HR tools.
    • Interest in HR, talent acquisition, and people operations.
    • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
