About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Brand & Motion Designer who's eager to push creative boundaries by working in one of the most cutting-edge and fun industries. You'll conceptualize and execute brand systems, motion graphics, and 3D designs—all while working closely with one of the most energetic founding team in the Web3 space.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary Range: $3,000-$4,500 USD
• Remote-first role with flexible hours—as long as you deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines, we don’t care when or where you work.
• Performance Bonuses: Earn 10% of the first month's retainer when your great work helps secure a client

Key Responsibilities

1. Motion Graphics & 3D Animation
   • Create dynamic 2D/3D motion graphics to elevate product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
   • Use Blender (or demonstrate proficiency in other 3D software) with a willingness to quickly master Blender for modeling, animation, and rendering.
   • Integrate 3D elements into broader design projects (e.g., social visuals, marketing assets, landing pages).
2. Brand Identity & Visual Design
   • Develop brand identities, logos, and visual systems for our clients.
   • Brainstorm and own creative concepts that effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear, compelling way.
   • Design presentations, landing pages, marketing visuals, and short announcement videos to support the day-to-day needs of our clients.
3. Ownership & Collaboration
   • Take full ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
   • Work closely with the founders and the design team to ensure all deliverables meet quality and strategic goals.
   • Balance multiple projects and deadlines, proactively solving design challenges.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Blender (or a proven ability to learn it rapidly by mastering another 3D software).
• 3+ years of experience in brand design, motion graphics / 3D animation—with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative breadth. If you don't have 3+ years of experience but still think you can make it, feel free to apply.
• Strong conceptual thinking—able to take an idea, develop a compelling concept, and translate it into brand-aligned visuals.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset—able to present ideas clearly and manage projects end-to-end.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistently meets deadlines.
• Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of working with crypto startups.
• Web3/blockchain knowledge is a plus, but not required.
