THE MISSION
As the Technical Product Manager, you will join a small, fully remote team and work on our NFT marketplace. This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing and driving the Open Loot product road map, sprint planning, feature planning, and UX
- Oversee systems and personnel to ensure 24/7 uptime, and 100% platform reliability and security
- Maintain and grow development team, work with recruiting to maintain candidate pipeline, assist screening & interview candidates
- Aid in planning, organizing and implementing new platform features
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience leading multi-department teams: clarifying requirements, resolving conflicts, defining roadmap and driving progress.
- Skilled at translating between business and technical teams.
- Ability to provide in-depth evaluations of complex engineering and analytic issues
- Extensive experience with ecommerce infrastructure and deployment practices
- Experience with production Node.js applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must love games!
DESIRABLE
- Experience with Game Development
- Front-end design experience
- Experience with react
- Experience creating and maintaining REST APIs in node/typescript
- Experience with AWS and Docker
- Experience with SQL database, database design, as well as NoSQL database paradigms
- Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Some familiarity with C++ development
