The Impact You'll Have
As a Solutions Engineer at Notabene, you'll play a key role in realizing our vision of seamlessly integrating cryptocurrency into the global financial ecosystem. You'll be the technical bridge between our customers and engineering team, helping businesses implement compliant crypto solutions while ensuring security.
What You'll Do
- Design and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide post-sales L2 technical support and handle complex customer escalations using tools like Datadog.
- Collaborate across teams to translate customer requirements into product recommendations.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation in Postman and Readme.
- Develop proof of concepts and internal tools to facilitate customer integration.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS or RegTech in the EMEA region.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies
- Natural-born troubleshooter with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Customer-first attitude with outstanding communication skills
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience in FinTech or blockchain sector
- Prior experience with financial institutions and AML controls
- Basic coding and SQL skills
- Familiarity with privacy and security standards (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR)
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto ecosystems
