About The Opportunity

OKX is seeking a visionary and highly experienced Product Director for User Growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving natural product growth through innovative product features that boost user conversion, retention, and reactivation. You will leverage the product itself as a catalyst for viral growth, ensuring that our platform not only attracts new users but also deepens engagement and loyalty. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader with a passion for growth hacking and a proven track record in scaling products from zero to one, especially in the European and American markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, roadmap, and OKR for Earn products, aligning with team and company growth goals.

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and product requirement documentation (BRD) to launch and optimization.

Yield Generation & DeFi: Deeply understand, analyze, and implement on-chain staking (ETH, SOL, etc.), lending, and DeFi protocols to offer competitive yields to users.

User Experience (UX): Focus on building intuitive, "delightful" user experiences, removing the friction and complexity from on-chain transactions.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, compliance, security, marketing, and legal teams to ensure, secure, compliant, and scalable product rollouts.

Market Research: Monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and emerging DeFi trends to ensure the product remains market-leading.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to track product performance, optimize APR/APY, and improve user retention.

Be a user: First hand experience using and investing via on-chain staking and with DeFi protocols

What We Look For In You

Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3-5 years focusing on crypto/DeFi, yield products, or fintech.

Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, staking mechanisms (PoS), and DeFi protocols.

Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of technical concepts related to smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure, and API integrations.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving high-visibility projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related fields
