Location: Remote, Philippines Reports to: Senior Institutional Marketer Experience: 3–4 years in a comparable content / social role, ideally with exposure to financial services, crypto, fintech, or B2B/institutional audiences Role Overview We are looking for a content creator and social media manager to own institutional content and social channels for our institutional product suite. This person will translate market activity, product updates, and research into compelling copy across formats, from short-form social posts to long-form research documents, and use AI tooling to scale output across geographies and channels.  Key Responsibilities Content creation
Write daily push communications, trade ideas, and market status updates for institutional clients Draft, edit, and structure longer-form pieces including white papers, research notes, and thought-leadership articles Adapt complex market, product, and technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate copy for institutional readers (traders, treasurers, allocators, custodians, etc.) Maintain a consistent institutional voice, tone, and editorial standard across all formats
Social media management
Own the day-to-day management of our institutional social channels, including our institutional Twitter/X and LinkedIn presences Plan, schedule, and publish a steady cadence of posts aligned to market events, product launches, and research output Repurpose long-form content (white papers, research) into social-native formats (threads, carousels, short-form video scripts, quote cards) Monitor engagement, surface insights, and iterate on what works
AI-assisted production
Use AI tooling fluently to accelerate drafting, editing, localisation, and repurposing of content Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that scale output across multiple geographies, languages, and time zones Maintain quality, accuracy, and brand consistency in all AI-assisted output
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with research, product, sales, and compliance teams to source insight and ensure accuracy Coordinate with broader marketing on campaigns, launches, and integrated content moments
 Requirements
3–4 years of experience in a content, copywriting, or social media role, ideally covering both short-form social and long-form written content Demonstrably strong written English. Clear, concise, and credible to an institutional audience Proven ability to take technical or market-heavy source material and turn it into engaging copy Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools (LLMs, image generation, transcription, automation) and a track record of using them to scale content output Comfort operating autonomously, managing your own editorial calendar, and prioritising across competing requests Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools (e.g. native scheduling, Buffer, Sprout, Hootsuite, LinkedIn/X analytics) Strong attention to detail, especially around numbers, market data, and compliance-sensitive language
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of crypto, digital assets, or traditional capital markets (FX, equities, derivatives, custody, prime brokerage) Experience writing for institutional or B2B financial audiences Basic design literacy (Figma, Canva) to produce or brief social creative Experience building or fine-tuning prompt libraries, GPTs, or other AI-assisted editorial workflows Multilingual capability or experience localising content across APAC, EMEA, or LATAM markets
