Job Description:
MEMEPad.ai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web3 Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing the marketing team, assisting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with strategy development and execution, and driving the overall marketing efforts to ensure MEMEPad.ai remains the top choice for memecoin launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web3 technologies, digital marketing, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and foster collaboration.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the CMO to develop and refine the marketing strategy for MEMEPad.ai.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform strategic decisions.
- Set clear marketing objectives and KPIs aligned with company goals.
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content marketing, influencer partnerships, etc.).
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand messaging and positioning.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Community Engagement:
- Develop and execute initiatives to grow and engage MEMEPad.aiâs community of users and supporters.
- Foster relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders in the Web3 and crypto space.
- Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to community feedback and inquiries promptly.
- Content Creation and Management:
