The Information Provision team strives to provide the most concise and complete analysis in a direct and easy structure to help understand the context and insights and apply them to advanced investment decision-making.Â
We have a core content offering with over 10,000 subscribers focussing on the Cryptocurrency market. However, we have some big plans to expand, which is where you come in.Â
Swissblock seeks a Lead Content Creator and Strategist to build on our foundations and grow the content business to the next level. We are looking for someone who helps shape the overall content strategy and product lines, acts as our “Editor-in-Chief”, and contributes to the writing.Â
What you will be doing:
- Play a vital role in ideating new offerings for our customers, from new reports and visuals to new delivery systems, such as dashboards and chatbots.
- Act as a subject matter expert, leveraging your knowledge of macroeconomics and the crypto market to guide the company's content and exchange ideas with the Swissblock’s investment arm.
- Manage junior analysts and support their professional development within the organisation.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities in the cryptocurrency market, giving special consideration to the macroeconomic backdrop.
- Lead the production of high-quality, engaging research reports with a significant readership and ambitious growth plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including in-house experts and analysts, the marketing team, and the wider Information Provision team, to generate relevant content, including data series and sophisticated visuals tailored to our client's demands.
- Help drive cross-functional initiatives and establish strong relationships within the company to ensure optimal collaboration and alignment: You will be a core member of Swissblock Technologies.
What you will bring:
- Experience producing high-impact content with an established readership.Knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and macroeconomic concepts, ideally from an investment perspective.
- Understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
- Presentation skills, presenting complex information in a clear and easy-to-understand format.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Skills in Python are welcome but optional.
- Ability to connect and collaborate effectively with various teams within the company.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating engaging content.
