Enya Labs, as a core contributor to Boba Network, is looking for an experienced Marketing leader to scale the Marketing organization. In this role, you have a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a generalist marketing background. Ideally, you write copy, know what good design looks like, know how to speak to a user, know how to work with designers, have a general understanding of SEO best practices, and have experience with content creation. The ideal candidate has worked in product marketing and or strategy for a disruptive technology, ideally in financial services or blockchain/cryptocurrency.
You are an outside of the box thinker with a high level of emotional intelligence, knowing when to have boundaries and when to flex with competing demands. As a culture add, you approach personal and professional relationships from a place of care, curiosity and open-mindedness. You genuinely care about the wellbeing of others and are actively keeping inclusion & diversity top of mind.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, implement, and manage a multi-channel go-to-market strategy to meet goals, adapting as necessary to ensure maximum engagement
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing programs, strategies and multi-channel digital marketing execution
- Review current marketing trends and create “stunning” campaigns to bring strong awareness to border crypto community
- Cultivate a marketing culture that brings our products to life through human storytelling
- Create, fully manage, and execute all social media marketing contents and campaigns
- Responsible for product launches, go-to-market, messaging, positioning, user and market research, and raising the bar for our product experience
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop, refine, and scale a new product experience
- Identify and grow strategic partnerships within the ecosystem
What You'll Need:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in the fintech or crypto industries
- Candidates should be self-starters and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Experience in market and competitive intelligence, research or data analytics
