Operations Manager - Greater China
Responsibilites:
- Work with relevant business owners and country managers to help them develop and push operational standards to the next level, shape the business model, and execute accordingly
- Work with internal and external marketing and PR partners to align and execute effective marketing operations
- Collaborate closely with legal and compliance partners to ensure sound decision making and risk management
- Work extensively with data dashboards to refine user experience and inform management strategic decisions
- Be the key owners for project management in potential special projects
Requirements:
- A passion for crypto and digital assets.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in a similar role; crypto, management consulting and legal / compliance related experience is a plus.
- Experience in leading strategy/market entry/new business project management, and a proven track record of working with high-performing teams.
- Strong problem solving skills. Ability to identify key issues, conduct solid analysis, and develop effective solutions even when under pressure and ambiguity.
- Data-focused, ability to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze the data.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and manage strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
- Entrepreneurship mentality, must be a self-starter and leader who evaluates the risks and rewards of running an innovative sustainable operation.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
