The Role
We’re looking for a talented technical writer to help make web3 easily understandable for developers and end-users alike. The position involves maintaining our SDK and protocol documentation, writing web3 getting started articles, blog posts, and helping educate about web3 principles.
The ideal candidate is immersed in both blockchain and is passionate about developer relationships and education.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the dev team to plan and create technical guides, documentation, blog posts, and other content
- Gather developer feedback to help inform upcoming development
- Help triage Github issues and Discord requests to understand developer pain points, and address these in new documentation or guides
- Work with the marketing team to create a content calendar
- Manage all aspects of the documentation process
- A developer and end-user focus
Must have:
- Passion for web3
- A solution and developer focused mindset
- Love of the written word and keen attention to detail
- Initiative and ability to learn new skills and information quickly
- Experience writing technical documentation
- Excellent written, editing, speaking, and research skills
Nice to have:
- Experience as a software developer
- Crypto / Blockchain experience
- Comfortable working remotely
- Social media skills
