Job Responsibilities Work in the Security Project Management team Manage internal application development projects using Agile methodology Act as the internal application product owner to manage the application Gather and elicit requirements from different stakeholders Define project baseline in terms of scope and timeline Report to the Sec PMO office and Steering Committee with the management Work with QA to draft test plan and test case Communicate with vendor for POC and implementation Work with end-users for project initiation till roll-out Responsible for development required documentations including PRD, sprint planning deck, product backlog etc Plan, direct and coordinate projects to ensure that the objectives are accomplished within the time frames allocated and budget parameters. Provide overall direction and leadership to the project team throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for the definition of project scope and all documentations such as business cases and project status reports. Identify potential risks and issues and be able to mitigate them. Assist to design and drive security features for our end products including Main App, Exchange, NFT, Defi wallet etc by working closely with below stakeholders: Senior management Application Security team Security Compliance, Risk and Governance team Development team Product team Act as a security team point of contact with different departments for product security Ensure all the products enhancement have been reviewed by security team from different aspects Take the initiative and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Job Requirement 5 years of working experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or lead technical support role for software applications. 2 years of management experience on project management subordinates. Must be proactive and possess strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Demonstrated success in defining and launching IT projects and security-related products. Remote work using collaboration and IM software like Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc. A BachelorÕs degree. Technical background, with experience in the IT industry including digital solutions or infrastructure or cloud-related or application development. Excellent teamwork skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Has to be proactive and passionate in a Startup environment.
