Who are you?

The Sales Manager is a skilled sales representative who can help our Web3 software development agency find and acquire new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be able to identify, prospect, and convert new clients for our agency. You will be responsible for managing relationships, generating new leads, building a sales pipeline, and closing deals. We are looking for a candidate with a track record of exceeding sales quotas and meeting deadlines. The Sales Manager has a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the Web3 space
  • Generate at least $2M in revenue per year
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Work with the marketing team to generate leads and build a sales pipeline
  • Meet with potential clients to present our services and build trust
  • Develop customized proposals and present them to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after the project
  • Attend relevant industry events to stay up-to-date with industry trends and generate new leads


Requirements

  • Be decent
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales and/or business development
  • You have a solid crypto network (protocols, liquidity providers, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, including cryptocurrency, DeFi, DAOs, and NFTs, with a strong emphasis on the Ethereum network
  • An engineering background is a bonus but not required
  • Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the software development industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Compensation will be structured as base retainer + bonuses based on sales target
