Responsibilities:
- Help establish the company's web3 partnership strategy and plan out its execution
- Understand, define, and adjust the company's value proposition for both markets and users, as well as ecosystem partners
- Network and grow our pipeline on contacts that fit inside the narrative
- Identify hidden gems that we can partner with to cover the full spectrum of pillars that will make up
- Establish business critical partnership that will form the stack
- Take ownership of post-partnership execution and partner success
- Work with our existing partners and investors to grow our network
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across product, operations, and marketing to ensure we are working effectively with our partners
Requirements:
- You have 3+ years of partnership management experience preferably in a web3/DeFi/NFT/Blockchain startup
- You have deep awareness of Ethereum, dapps, DeFi & NFT ecosystems
- You have extensive contacts in the space
- You have a business and growth mindset, and know how to create win-win scenarios for all parties
- You live and use crypto and dapps, not just sell them
- You are simply great to be around
