Responsibilities:

  • Help establish the company's web3 partnership strategy and plan out its execution
  • Understand, define, and adjust the company's value proposition for both markets and users, as well as ecosystem partners
  • Network and grow our pipeline on contacts that fit inside the narrative
  • Identify hidden gems that we can partner with to cover the full spectrum of pillars that will make up
  • Establish business critical partnership that will form the stack
  • Take ownership of post-partnership execution and partner success
  • Work with our existing partners and investors to grow our network
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across product, operations, and marketing to ensure we are working effectively with our partners

Requirements:

  • You have 3+ years of partnership management experience preferably in a web3/DeFi/NFT/Blockchain startup
  • You have deep awareness of Ethereum, dapps, DeFi & NFT ecosystems
  • You have extensive contacts in the space
  • You have a business and growth mindset, and know how to create win-win scenarios for all parties
  • You live and use crypto and dapps, not just sell them
  • You are simply great to be around

  • You are a self-starter, and you take pride in your integrity and work ethic
  • You are a skilled communicator, able to convey complex concepts to different audiences
  • You have a strong network and can leverage it to help build the
