Blue Cube Services is excited to recruit Ten (10) remote working talent to work on a project for the world's leading software platform for digital assets. Our client is seeing an unprecedented level of growth and increase in customer contact, and as a result they are looking to scale their support team globally via the use of self employed Customer Success Contractors.

This role will complement their global Customer Success team working alongside their crypto wallet experts, trading support team and live-chat agents on a fully remote and contracting basis. Successful candidates will be expected to provide the best service possible for all customers who contact our client regarding their experience using the crypto wallet, exchange or other product lines by resolving customer contacts via Zendesk ticketing system and live-chat platforms.

**Please note that this role is paid in cryptocurrency and is a self employed role. You are responsible for your own tax declarations**

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve incoming questions from customers via the Zendesk ticketing systems and livechat
  • Quickly and efficiently identify and reassign tickets that belong to our other product lines
  • Consistently track individual bugs and issues in Zendesk as directed by a Lead and liaise with developers to resolve these
  • Participate in regular video calls with the Customer Success team and provide feedback as required to the rest of the company

REQUIREMENTS

  • Unquestionable integrity
  • Strong English written skills.
  • Russian / French language skills are a plus
  • 18 years of age or older with previous work or internship experience preferrably in a Customer Support or Helpdesk Role.
  • Passion for creating a positive user experience that is responsive and organized
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Live Chat & Zendesk Experience is Preferred.
  • The ability to learn fast
  • Understanding of cryptocurrencies is an advantage but is not required - training will be provided
  • Candidates must have access to an appropriate laptop with a camera or a webcam and a phone capable of running Google authenticator software
  • Candidates must be prepared to submit to further background / security checks if required

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULING

  • Successful candidates will receive training in crypto and customer success service from our clients in house training team.
  • CS Contractors will be paid a fee, starting at $10 per hour, paid in cryptocurrency.
  • Opportunities for role progression for top performers.
  • Shifts will be flexible based on our incoming workloads and the availability of contractors. We operate a 24/7 business so shifts offered may cover all timezones. However for these openings, we will require availability during USA Central Time Zone (UTC -5)
