YOUR PURPOSE

Coin Metrics is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer to help scale Coin Metrics. Our Recruiting Sourcer will develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and hire talent. You will search for and build pipelines of high-quality, passive candidates by utilizing creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive talent and execute our overall sourcing strategy.

YOUR VALUE

  • Sourcing candidates, including identifying best talent pipelines.
  • Connecting with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing guidance and outstanding candidate experience
  • Assessing candidates on required skills and the ability to be successful in our corporate culture.
  • Working with internal stakeholder in the intake process for new requisitions, reviewing profiles, and updating pipelines.
  • Leading sourcing strategies and partnering closely with internal recruiter and hiring teams, serving as the subject matter expert on the competitive landscape and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Sourcing passive candidates through referrals, networking, advanced search techniques, etc.
  • Generating interest through Direct Sourcing
  • Conducting initial screenings, sharing detailed information about the role, the team, and life at Coin Metrics with candidates to generate their enthusiasm about joining the team
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation within our ATS.

YOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Interest in crypto and cryptoassets
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and working in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Prior experience in sourcing for strategic talent
  • Exceptional qualitative research skills, including the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and quickly learn new spaces.
  • Data driven approach to problem solving and process improvement
  • Experience collaborating with key stakeholders across organizations
