The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes.

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to join our Finance Technology team, with a focus on driving finance transformation through AI-powered automation of critical financial processes.

Our mission is to streamline and optimize financial processes, delivering intelligent, secure, and scalable solutions that empower the organization to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

    • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision for AI-driven financial solutions, aligning with business goals and user needs.
    • Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user feedback and technical feasibility.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, AI Innovation Labs, Product, and finance domain experts to design and implement AI-powered features.
    • Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
    • Develop and maintain project documentation
    • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
    • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all key stakeholders are apprised of progress and issues are resolved in a timely manner
    • Market Research: Stay updated on AI advancements, blockchain technologies, and industry trends to propose innovative data-driven solutions.
    • Contribute to building a culture of data excellence and AI adoption within the department.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI or machine learning products.
    • Prior experience with a fast paced MNC/startup is highly preferred.
    • Proven track record of delivering complex, data-driven products from ideation to launch.
    • Prior experience in the Finance transformation space
    • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
    • Familiarity with data pipelines, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and APIs.
    • Advanced skills in SQL for querying and manipulating complex datasets.
    • Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of Financial processes
    • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Proficient in evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies
    • Strong strategic vision and innovative mindset
    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience in the crypto industry is a plus
