About the Role
As a Social Content Designer, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and compelling content for Crypto.com, covering owned channels as well as collaborating with partners. This requires broad experience in developing creative solutions for a variety of social platforms and creative formats. The ideal candidate is passionate about crypto, has experience in creating content, and knows how to effectively leverage social to tell impactful stories and cultivate an engaged audience. You must have a proven track record of building world-class creative for social, that connect consumers to brands and create a passionate following. This role is for a creative problem solver and visual communicator who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver designs from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visual assets, static and motion design that feed into Crypto.com’s owned social channels as well as partner channels.
- Ensure the highest standards of design are always maintained.
- Create content that builds, nurtures and maintains Crypto.com communities and manifest themselves in a unique tone of voice and culturally relevant and conversation-driving creative.
- Design and develop social content assets aligned with Crypto.com's design guidelines
- Going above and beyond the original brief to push what’s possible on both a creative and technical level
- You have at least at least 5+ years of relevant (preferably agency or internal studio) experience.
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps
- Fluency across digital design, typography, photography and illustration.
- An ability to receive, interpret and embrace creative direction.
- You have a strong grasp of the creative development process, have excellent art direction skills, and consistently deliver excellent design.
- You can produce all work efficiently and on schedule.
- Your design skills are excellent, and you have the ability to guide, evaluate, and if necessary, direct creative development.
- You have proven experience working with copywriters to concept and execute campaigns.
- You are collaborative and team-oriented approach resulting in shared success.
- Understanding of media, technology, and the ever-changing landscape of social platforms, Crypto communities, and behaviours.
- Strong communication and analytical skills along with the ability to think strategically and creatively and a reasonable appreciation for the unknown.
