About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Sr. Global Payroll Analyst to join our growing team. This role requires great communication skills and work closely with HR and Finance team across regions.

At your core, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. You must also have strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform global payroll (US, Europe and Singapore) to include various audits to ensure accurate payments every cycle.
  • Perform off-cycle payments for terminations by timely preparing and administering final checks within local regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform off-cycle payrolls for things such as share option transactions and bonuses as needed.
  • Set up new states for US payroll as needed.
  • Manage relationships with third-party international payroll vendor for Singapore payroll
  • Manage payment for contractors and consultants
  • Oversee handling of benefits funding, audit and manage relationships with third party vendor, e.g. HSA, FSA, 401K, etc.
  • Assist with internal/external Payroll and Benefits audits and compliance reporting including, but not limited to, 401(k) and Workers Compensation.
  • Answer payroll inquiries from employees, management and internal business partners.
  • Respond to tax notices, wage orders, and governmental correspondences;
  • Review quarterly and annual payroll tax filings; ensure all local statutory payroll and fringe benefit reporting requirements are met;
  • Cross-functional collaboration with business partners for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Work closely with our internal partners to provide all employees a “Best In Class” employee experience.
  • Perform other payroll duties as assigned.

What We Look For In You:

  • 5+ years of experience in management of in-house payroll
  • Hands-on experience with different Payroll, Time and Attendance, Human Resources Information Systems, and Payroll Service Providers preferred
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • A problem solver and self starter, who will take the initiative to lead and drive Payroll without constant direction
  • Excellent written and oral communications, including effectively educating employees and stakeholders about payroll details
  • Familiar and comfortable with multi-state payroll processing
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage effectively numerous concurrent projects and tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and GSuite
