We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing and Community team. This role will identify users’ needs, behavior and pain points in crypto investment via market research.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Achieve the monthly app installs, user registration, KYC, and Monthly Trading Users metrics as a group key results.
  • Acquire, maintain, and evaluate digital marketing partners to optimize the ad performance based on several metrics such as: efficiency (CPM, CPA), effectiveness (install to register CR%, install to KYC%, install to first trade %).
  • Observe and report performance marketing campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Work closely with the content and creative team to produce material for digital ads campaigns.
  • Understand customers and work with the Product team to implement growth and marketing strategy.

Who We are Looking For :

  • At least 2 years of experience handling digital ads ie. Google, FB, Twitter, TikTok, Ad Network.
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution partners.
  • Knowledgeable on database and analytics platforms ie. AppsFlyer, Google Analytics.
  • Balance between creative and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills both in Bahasa and English.
  • Excellent in working on spreadsheets and slides.
  • Positive vibes, perseverance, and most importantly you’re passionate about crypto.
  • Staying on top of industry trends and the latest marketing advancements.
