The Role: Associate, Growth Marketing

Gemini is looking for a motivated crypto enthusiast with a deep understanding of Web3 & growth marketing to join as a Growth Marketing Specialist focused on growth in Europe. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across performance and organic growth marketing channels. The ideal candidate is collaborative and has experience partnering with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, has a strong understanding of growth marketing, and has the ability to leverage data to develop comprehensive marketing strategies. This position will play a crucial role in the success of Gemini’s growth in Europe. Success in this role requires a strong bias for action, and a desire to find ways to improve the acquisition funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead growth marketing experimentation efforts with a focus on paid search, including test and learn design and execution, to improve conversion rates across channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance across various performance marketing channels and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative strategies based on industry best practices and data-driven learnings.
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, finance, legal, and product teams to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize Gemini’s performance marketing channels across app and web to drive scalable growth while maintaining CAC and LTV.
  • Oversee tracking and reporting for marketing channels in collaboration with marketing analytics teams.
  • Implement and monitor A/B tests to drive performance improvements across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and industry best practices to continuously refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing paid marketing channels, preferably within the crypto or finance industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and app-based advertising.
  • Experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager & Apple Search Ads.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
  • Self-starter who requires minimal direction and can manage projects independently.
  • Passionate about cryptocurrency and the Web3 ecosystem.
