Leadership and Contractor Management
Identify and hire external creative contractors when AI tools alone are insufficient. Delegate tasks effectively, building a lean yet highly productive creative ecosystem.
AI Enthusiasm and Integration
Use AI platforms for rapid content iteration and productivity gains, remaining open to emerging AI technologies. Encourage best practices among contractors and team members to maximize AI’s potential.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with other departments—product, compliance, marketing—to align creative assets with broader company goals. Communicate design rationale and branding priorities clearly to executives and stakeholders.
Startup Mindset
Embrace the fast-paced nature of a startup, pivot quickly based on results, and prioritize iterative improvements. Maintain transparency with the CMO regarding evolving brand strategies and creative outputs.
Required Qualifications
