Your mission:

Be the strategic and technical champion of our Workday ecosystem. You'll dive deep into the platform, strategically designing, configuring, and maintaining it to not only meet but anticipate the needs of every internal client, partner and upskill our future Workday Analyst, all while ensuring seamless integration with our other critical systems.

- Lead the Way: Take the reins on the design, configuration, rigorous testing, and smooth deployment of Workday modules and enhancements.
- Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for all things Workday, providing insightful guidance and solutions.
- Optimize and Innovate: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize Workday processes and fine-tune system performance for maximum efficiency.
- Connect the Dots: Design, build, and maintain robust and reliable integrations between Workday and our other critical business systems.
- Guard the Gates: Ensure the ongoing security, integrity, and compliance of our Workday environment.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Expertly manage Workday updates and releases, ensuring we leverage the latest features and functionalities.
- Provide Solutions: Offer advanced technical support to resolve complex Workday issues efficiently and effectively.
- Empower Users: Create and maintain comprehensive Workday documentation and contribute to the development of clear training materials for our power users.
- Collaborate and Partner: Work closely and proactively with various internal clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Workday solutions.
- Turn Data into Insights: Work closely with internal customers and data specialists to leverage the reporting capabilities of Workday.


What we’re looking for:

- A proven track record of 5+ years as a Workday Solutions Architect, Workday Manager, or in a similar technical role, demonstrating significant impact through successful implementations and configurations.
- Deep and comprehensive mastery of the Workday platform, with hands-on experience across multiple modules (HCM, Talent Management, Advance Comp).
- Fluency in Workday integration tools and methodologies, with a knack for building reliable and efficient connections.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with an insatiable curiosity for optimizing system performance and user experience.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and enthusiasm.  
- Experience in developing comprehensive technical documentation and contributing to engaging user training programs.
- A strong understanding of data security best practices and compliance requirements for enterprise-level systems.
