Product Marketing Lead, Vaults & Curated Strategies
Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market strategy from launch through growth and beyond for our vault products
- Collaborate with content, BD, product, and other teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns that distinguish our vaults
- Conduct and iterate on marketing campaign experiments that drive TVL growth, new users, and retention
- Grow our brand reputation for translating risk management into tuned, curated vault strategies for institutions, allocators with size, and sophisticated on-chain consumers
- Work with our clients and partners to highlight our risk management, curation, and vault strategies through unique and collaborative co-marketing
- Conduct and quickly iterate on marketing experiments to drive KPIs including attributable TVL growth, new users, and retention.
- We will use our products to grow our community, including social followings, newsletter subscriptions, and organic/earned word-of-mouth media.
- Inform our product development lifecycle by learning about the needs our depositors and clients have– and translating them into new product features
- Leverage on-chain data (Dune, wallet segmentation) and traditional data sources (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, X, SEO, etc.) to develop insights on our user base, client profiles, and campaign performance
- Assist BD in driving the pipeline by creating and updating sales collateral, measuring usage and conversion, and driving marketing-qualified leads
- Make data-driven decisions when framing hypotheses, determining product-market fit, evaluating campaign performance, and setting goals
- Convert internal discussion and debate into external content thoughtfully and with discretion– collaborate with legal and other teams to ensure important messages are communicated clearly and cleanly
- Deepen the bench by giving opportunities for our client-facing team leaders to grow their social followings and brands on behalf of Gauntlet
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, product marketing, content, or community
- You’ve worked in crypto: at a protocol, exchange, or DAO
- You are terminally online, obsessed with CT and other crypto-native social channels: posting and engaging multiple times a day
- High-agency: you’re marketing an eclectic mix of complex vault products– you know finding the right marketing strategy is a function of using the products, asking questions of your internal and external partners, and executing on ideas that 10x our marketing impact on the business
- Track record of success: you can speak to successful marketing campaigns you’ve lead, what worked and what didn’t, how you experimented, measured, and improved tactics
- Concise, compelling storytellerDeep respect and knowledge of operational security best practices for marketers
- You understand DeFi and crypto culture as a member and participant
