The Role Eigen Labs is looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in driving our hiring process by supporting interview scheduling and logistics across all departments. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and other stakeholders to optimize interviewing, create an exceptional candidate experience, and support our recruiting team in achieving our hiring goals. This role is a one year contract. What You Will Do

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews across all teams, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and EAs to manage complex calendars and scheduling priorities efficiently. Candidate Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and support throughout their interview process. Written and Verbal Communication: Draft and send professional, engaging communication to candidates and internal teams. Adaptability and Speed: Thrive in a high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly, maintaining composure and attention to detail.

What You Will Bring

3+ years in a recruiting coordination or similar administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex schedules, and time-sensitive requests with ease. Familiarity with Greenhouse and calendaring tools (e.g., Google Calendar). Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal teams. Proactive and able to work independently, while staying aligned with team goals and processes.

The target hourly rate for this role will range between $40-50 USD.
