We are seeking a highly engaged and experienced Influencer/KOL and Affiliate Manager to join our regional marketing team. The main focus is to drive our KOL and Affiliate network, grow new programs and ensure seamless operations and driving performance. A significant part of the role involves internal collaboration with various departments to provide affiliates with the necessary assets and tools to drive more users and engagement to Binance.

The ideal candidate requires to have a track record of local and regional experience in Affiliate Marketing preferably in the Web3/Technology and Fintech environment. Strong analytical and organizational skills, relationship management and excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. We are looking for someone who can bring additional value and outperform competitors in attracting and retaining top affiliates. 

Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize existing affiliate programs to ensure maximum performance and efficiency;
    • Launch new affiliate programs, expanding the affiliate network and reaching new partners;
    • Develop and operationalize campaigns/contests/initiatives to engage KOLs and drive incremental results;
    • Keep the KOLs community engaged and connected with Binance. Be the link and bridge between Binance and Community, leading Affiliates, understanding and translating needs, and desires;
    • Collaborate internally with the data team to monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics;
    • Deliver performance analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions;
    • Set up and implement operational strategies for effective affiliate management, aligning with overall business goals;
    • Provide regular updates and reports on affiliate program performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
    • Organize and coordinate feedback from affiliates regarding campaigns and products, evaluate potential optimizations, and execute necessary changes;
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the affiliate marketing space and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of the Web3/crypto space;
    • Proven experience in affiliate marketing and operations;
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic decisions;
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
    • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools;
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel; 
    • Spanish Native. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a significant plus (i.e. Portuguese).
