KOL Manager LATAM
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize existing affiliate programs to ensure maximum performance and efficiency;
- Launch new affiliate programs, expanding the affiliate network and reaching new partners;
- Develop and operationalize campaigns/contests/initiatives to engage KOLs and drive incremental results;
- Keep the KOLs community engaged and connected with Binance. Be the link and bridge between Binance and Community, leading Affiliates, understanding and translating needs, and desires;
- Collaborate internally with the data team to monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics;
- Deliver performance analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions;
- Set up and implement operational strategies for effective affiliate management, aligning with overall business goals;

- Organize and coordinate feedback from affiliates regarding campaigns and products, evaluate potential optimizations, and execute necessary changes;
