Principal Product Manager - Consumer
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end consumer funding experience across the MoonPay app, including onboarding flows, funding methods, balances, and repeat transaction journeys
- Define and execute a multi-year product strategy to make MoonPay the default funding destination for Web3 consumers globally
- Own consumer funding P and L, with direct accountability for revenue growth, adoption, and unit economics
- Set and drive against clear success metrics, including MAUs, average transaction size, ARPU, and transactions per user
- Translate company-level strategy into an executable consumer funding roadmap, balancing near term impact with long term platform bets
- Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Data to deliver cohesive, high-quality consumer experiences
- Lead user discovery, experimentation, and analysis to continuously improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value
- Influence adjacent product areas and company-wide ramp initiatives through strong product leadership and narrative, without formal authority
About You (Ideal background and experience)
- 8+ years in product management, with significant experience building and scaling large consumer fintech or Web3 products
- Proven track record owning high-impact consumer products with direct accountability for revenue, growth, and adoption metrics
- Experience defining and executing multi-year product strategies in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of consumer onboarding, funding flows, payments, and lifecycle engagement at scale
- Prior Web3 or crypto product experience strongly preferred, with openness to exceptional candidates from large-scale consumer fintech
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with hands-on experience using data, experimentation, and user research to drive decisions
- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without formal people management responsibility
- Comfortable operating with a broad scope, ambiguity, and end-to-end ownership as a senior individual contributor
- Highly curious and a team player
