We are currently looking for a Strategy & Projects Intern to join our team for 3 months. The starting date is asap at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to process mapping and the implementation of best practices across the organisation
  • Provide support in planning and managing projects (scoping, milestones, deliverables, steering, etc.), and hands-on support for selected action items within projects
  • Support in updating market research and analysis
  • Build up relationships and a network with the different stakeholders within Crypto Finance AG
  • Completed vocational training or currently studying
  • Strong results orientation, leveraging project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to guide cross-departmental efforts
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to structure ambiguous questions, thoughtfully prioritise efforts, and efficiently drive towards clear recommendations
  • Service orientation, team spirit, and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Full working proficiency in English; German is a plus
