About the Role

As the Music Curator, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging and diverse playlists that cater to our global audience. You'll have the freedom to explore various genres and unearth hidden gems, while also keeping a pulse on mainstream trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate exclusive playlists across a variety of genres, ensuring high musical quality and thematic coherence.
• Actively research and discover new artists, staying ahead of emerging trends within the music industry.
• Analyze data and user feedback to refine playlist selection and improve user experience.
• Partner with artists and labels to secure exclusive content for HZ Music DAO playlists.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote curated playlists and generate buzz within the music community.
• Stay updated on the latest music streaming trends and platform functionalities.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and appreciation of various musical genres and subgenres.
• Proven ability to curate engaging and thematic playlists.
• Excellent taste in music with a keen ear for identifying high-quality tracks.
• Strong research and analytical skills to discover new music and understand user preferences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with artists, labels, and the internal team.
• Passion for Web3, blockchain technology, and the potential of NFTs within the music industry.
• Familiarity with music streaming platforms and playlist creation tools a plus.
