The Next Billion - Step's podcast focusing on the builders and entrepreneurs onboarding the next billion people into crypto.

The goal for Step is onboarding a billion people into crypto and our core competency is in the world of data and content creation.

This means that if you’re on the Step team, you’ll be helping onboard the next billion people into crypto.

You will:

• Work with the Growth team to execute data analysis for reports, social media, and other key stakeholders.
• Create custom charts and graphics based on original and unique data analysis that you will be responisble for owning.
• Manage the Step Data Insights social media accounts.
• Create, manage, and own the end-to-end process of creating and distributing quarterly Solana ecosystem data reports.
• Create, manage, and own the end-to-end process of creating and distributing Weekly Step Data Insights Newsletters.
• Work with the Growth team to identify new ways we can expand our data distribution.

You are:

• Crypto and Solana Native. This is critical. You must understand the ecosystem inside and out, key protocols, and be up to speed on all the latest trends.
• Proficient in understanding traditional finance, macro trends, and there impact on crypto
• Well-versed at creating custom graphs/charts using charting tools as well as excel
• Data-driven, curious, and interested in finding the answers to nuanced data questions
• A gritty team-player who is ready to roll-up your sleeves and help regardless of the job description.
• Totally fluent in English
