The Role
We are hiring an Operations Lead who thrives in high-performance environments and can run complex processes with precision. This is not a back-office role, it’s a mission-critical seat where execution, learning speed, and ownership define success.
You will:
- Drive customer operations with a white-glove, no-slip standard.
- Structure and coordinate custom fundraising and equity contracts.
- Oversee onboarding of cap tables and agreements with speed and accuracy.
- Assist SEC filings with external filing agents.
- Own customer payment workflows across fiat and crypto.
- Coordinate 409A valuations and related compliance processes.
- Surface insights from operations into product improvements.
Every task is tied to customers, regulation, and product. Precision matters, pace matters more.
