Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive social strategies that drive measurable community growth
• Lead content calendar planning and execution across multiple clients - from airdrops and exchange listings to protocol updates
• Build and lead our social team - including hiring, developing, and mentoring team members and managing freelancer relationships
• Partner with our design team to develop visual content that captures each client's unique brand voice
• Navigate multiple stakeholders effectively, from internal teams to client marketing leads and community managers
• Delegate and quality check work across the social team, ensuring consistent high standards
• Track performance metrics and ROI, using data to refine and improve our approach
• Analyse market trends and community insights to inform strategy recommendations
• Deliver regular reporting and insights to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate on integrated campaigns that span social, PR, and community channels

• Must be able to work UK business hours (non-negotiable)
• 2+ years creating Web3 content (show us your work!)
• Active presence in web3 social spaces (especially x/twitter)
• Track record of growing engaged communities
• Experience leading and developing teams
