Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Solana smart contracts using Rust, focused on DeFi primitives such as AMMs, lending protocols, and staking mechanisms.
- Optimize transaction processing to enable low-latency, high-frequency trading on Solana
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate DeFi concepts into high-quality decentralized applications.
- Conduct rigorous testing, security audits, and performance profiling of DeFi smart contracts.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies for cross-chain integrations and Layer 2 scaling.
- Stay up-to-date with Solana ecosystem updates, DeFi trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in systems
- programming.
- 2+ years of experience with Rust& Solana and a deep understanding of its memory model, ownership
- system, and concurrency model.
- â—Ź Proven experience developing and deploying DeFi smart contracts on Solana.
- Deep understanding of Solana's Sealevel runtime, BPF, and cross-program invocations (CPIs).
- Strong knowledge of DeFi concepts: AMMs, liquidity pools, impermanent loss,lending/borrowing protocols, and staking.
- Experience with market-making strategies, on-chain finance, and high-frequency trading systems.
- Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals: consensus algorithms, cryptography, Merkle trees, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, effecient, and secure code.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Solana's Anchor framework.
- Contributions to open-source DeFi or blockchain projects.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in remote teams
