The Opportunity

• Representing our business on social networks to community, partners, and the public.
• Keeping your audience engaged by regularly sharing relevant news and information, both your own branded content and from other sources.
• Responding effectively to community questions or feedback, comments from competitors, or news that impacts your audience.
• Creating original content, mainly written.
• Actively monitoring news, trends, and best practices-both in general and in the crypto industry specifically-to generate actionable insights that can improve your marketing efforts. Engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and the industry.
• Being strategic about the use of social media by creating an overall strategy to reach your target customer, as well as managing short-term campaigns and using paid social advertising when effective and appropriate.
• Analyzing results to fine-tune efforts going forward and report back with metrics that are meaningful for your business.
• Plan and develop our social media strategy & activity on social media with the aim of driving engagement and building an audience & community.
• Create high quality content campaigns and concept ideas for social media and digital communications (email, landing pages, web, online ads…)
• Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
• Manage the daily content on numerous social platforms (including Twitter and LinkedIn)
• Work closely with our designers to put great copy at the heart of our design creatives.
• Ensure brand consistency through tone, voice and terminology across all our communications on social media.
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

What will make you a great fit:

• An excellent writer with 2-3 years of content writing/content creation experience
• Active on social media and well versed with the latest trends.
• Creative thinker with out-of-the-box ideas to help differentiate the brand
• Passionate and can work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and under tight deadlines
• Proven experience managing multiple social channels for a brand/company
• Content marketing and writing experience
• Experience with a social planning and listening platform
• Well organized, focused, high-energy, creative and detail-oriented person
• Experience in handling different social media accounts
• Has prior writing experience for a blockchain or finance start-up
• Strategic and communicative skills
• Understand meme language and aware of crypto lingos.
