What You’ll Be Doing: - Develop the global growth marketing strategy, with an emphasis on achieving market share and cost-effective user acquisition by setting targets and measurements
- Comfortable with the principals of organic and paid marketing and using both to create acquisition, engagement and retention loops
- Responsible for driving channel strategy with considerable budget and exploring different ad formats to optimize performance
- Deep dive into the global markets, identify opportunities to optimize funnels, increase campaign effectiveness and lift incrementality. Generate learning insights, strategic improvements and prioritize tests and trials.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product and cross functional partnerships to implement and upgrade growth initiatives.
- Work closely with BD, brand, product teams to optimize acquisition via an active and process driven feedback loop
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 8+ years of experience in a senior marketing role as part of an international, high-performance marketing and internet user-focused organization
- 5+ years of management experience, have leadership skills to manage, motivate and coach a regional (and virtual) team
- Scaled at a high growth company, ideally from 50 employees to 1k+
- Led a web/app consumer product growth before
- Has engineering/product background, or data science is a plus(nice to have)
- Understanding of Web3, exchange products (nice to have)
