RZLT is looking for a web3 technology enthusiast to lead the community-centered programs, projects and activities of world-class protocols! This is your chance to join innovators and entrepreneurs that are building the future of the Internet.

What you'll do

• Represent the protocol - brand and technology ambassador - meaning you will have to be up-to-date with all the Protocol related news, activities and programs, and manifest brand values.
• Attend meetups, AMAs, meetings and conferences
• Drive adoption by hosting regular offline & online meetups, connect with local blockchain enthusiasts to educate them about the blockchain protocol, have open debates and gather feedback
• Organize and run technical and non-technical educational workshops on the topics of blockchain/web3 within the blockchain protocol ecosystem (Region: Balkans).
• Connect with developers and help them understand how to build on that prticular blockchain protocol.
• Raise awareness around technology, ecosystem and community programs.
• Raise awareness about the Protocol’s advantages and support/facilitate developement of the community to engage and start building.
• Connect, engage and continuously support the education curve within Web2 audience, willing to transit to Web3 technologies.
• Act as a community representative and bring insights

Who You are

• An enthusiast, capable of networking with industry stakeholders at all levels, creating important opportunities.
• An innate leader who is eager to teach about blockchain technology, with additional value in being a part of the crypto ecosystem in your community/region.
• A highly energetic person, showing leadership and initiative, ready to share knowledge and support others to not only learn but implement learnings.
• Have a minimum of 2 years working experience on community building/project management/startup or NGO leadership role
• Fom the Balkans region

Your skills

• Knowledgeable about DeFi, including explaining DeFi concepts and protocols
• A deep understanding of crypto culture and community specifics
• Ability to prioritize and have strong project management skills.
• Positive thinking, professionalism, and integrity
• Willing to learn and have a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Good at public speaking. Startup experience, with demonstrated ability to move fast while maintaining an excellent quality bar. Ability to prioritize and have strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can translate complex concepts into simple words.
• English, and minimum one of the following languages: Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Slovenian, Bosnian.
